She has over 13 years of retail sales and operations management experience. Dulce is Co-Founder of ?Who?s That Enterprises, Inc.? She resides in Miami, Florida with her husband, Charles and son Charlie.Concepcion L. Tuma is currently a doctoral student and adjunct instructor at Florida International University. Her educational background is in Business, MIS and Human Resources. She is the Co-Founder of ?Who?s That Enterprises, Inc.? Concepcion currently resides in Miami, Florida with her family.
