Synopsis

The Scarce Man centers on Agent Mike Rawlings of the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. Someone with a violent M.O. is killing certain people in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. The killer forms an alter-ego, whom he calls The Patriot. Biographie de l'auteur

Jim Frie has been a police officer in Minnesota for 23 years. Although this story is fictional, his many years on the force have contributed greatly toward bringing it to life. He lives with his wife and enjoys music, fishing and travel.
