Serving as a shill for such issues is not journalism. It is a corruption of the profession. It is prostitution, a selling out of the values of honest journalism for the adoration of the so-called elite, and the hope of ultimately becoming one of these so-called elite.

The writers credentials includes advanced degrees in engineering and economics, with heavy emphasis on chemistry and mathematics. Experience has included 40+ years focused on energy, water, air and climate issues and 70+ years as witness to nature, agriculture, research, industry, politics and society at work. He has published several dozen essays on energy, environmental and political issues.
