Keys To Spiritual Being is a two-part manual of meditation exercises designed to give the individual the ability to come to a higher state of spiritual awareness and development. Adrian Ravarour, Ph. D., is the author of thirteen books,a visual artist, and instructor of Energy Meditation. Hereceived his Ph. D. from the Union Institute under Dr.José Argüelles?Valum Votan, and was a staff memberat Intersection for the Arts. Long a creator of spiritual artand an innovator in the field of visualization, Ravarourcreated his own form of biopsychic Energy Meditationand Synchronization Exercises which he has utilized andinstructed since the 1960?s. Dr. Ravarour maintainsmultiple ordinations in certain spiritual and interfaithtraditions, and concurrent with the publication of Keys ToSpiritual Being Ravarour has created a book of EnergyFlow Photographs entitled Lightforms.
