Model T Education exposes the design flaws of our "modern" system of public education and offers insightful suggestions for turning our schools into 21st Century learning centers. The instructional design for our current public schools is based on methods and needs of the Industrial Revolution. During the century-plus since their inception, our methods and needs have dramatically transformed. But the technology revolution has made possible rapid yet controlled adoption of an entirely new approach. "The techniques have been tested, and the tools are available," author C. Wade Naney says. In the new global economic environment, our students must be prepared better than ever. It is not only possible; it is vital!
