Kat Ricker has won awards for journalism, poetry and short stories and is a recognized fitness writer. Kat was named in the Year's Best of Fantasy and Horror, eighth annual edition. Her other books include Doubting Thomas, a suspense thriller examining the dark side of saintliness in the Catholic Church; and Something Familiar, a collection of short stories and poems. Kat holds a master's degree in professional writing from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.
