Her escape to college led her to the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor where she received a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics. She has had 20 year corporate career in Executive Search, Finance and Human Resources, transforming companies, schools and classrooms. She is now on a mission to create the largest urban workforce revolution ever, by leading millions of young people out of the 'Hood' and into colleges across America. This modern day, Harriet Tubman, is the creator of Hustle & TECHknow Preparatory, one of the first urban cyber schools in America.
