Irene Warren is a journalist and executive news analyst at our nation's Capitol. Irene was born in Muskegon, Michigan, a blue-collar town, once considered home to many factory workers. Irene was raised in a single-parent home with mother Shirley and three older siblings Eugene, Tanya, and Yavonne. Although Irene worked hard to put herself through college earning two master's degrees in journalism and in organizational leadership, Irene still fell on hard times. After going through a divorce, Irene was left to raise her only son Quentin alone. Later, as she attempted to send him to college, Irene's business went under due to a failing economy. Also during this time, Irene lost her home to foreclosure, her car was repossessed, and for a season, Irene suffered health wise, which left her with ensuing medical costs. How did Irene recover from a season of financial ruin? Irene held strong to her faith in God and educated herself about money and the laws that could help her improve her circunstances. This, along with believing in America's capitalistic system, has allowed Irene to take advantage of every opportunity that has come her way. As a result, Irene has been able to regain her financial footing. She wrote this book to encourage others not to give up and to share proven ways to recover all!
