Fitness Economics is designed to help every person take action and follow through using sound financial principles uniquely applied to personal fitness goals. Ron Henderson, “The Fitness King,” began his pursuit of personal fitness training over three decades ago. Ron is the author of What is it Worth for You to Become Physically Fit and Fitness Economics. He was notably the first personal fitness trainer in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area to work with clients in their homes. The success of his revolutionary approach is credited for Henderson's popularity as a media personality, spokesperson, and corporate trainer. Ron captivates and encourages audiences young and old alike, while educating, motivating, and inspiring them to enjoy more active lifestyles. He has trained top lawyers, hospital Chiefs of Staff, NFL players, and national recording stars and has helped them all to achieve physical fitness beyond what they could have done themselves. Ron is the host of the Fitness and Faith exercise series, The King and the Kids workout show, and motivational series, Motivation. He also co-hosted Fan Fitness Sundays on KFAN radio with local celebrity Mark Rosen. Ron has been featured regularly in newspapers and magazines for over three decades. In a 2007 radio interview, Elaine LaLanne, the wife of now deceased Jack LaLanne, remarked that Ron reminds her of a young Jack LaLanne with his passion and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate others. In 2009 the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal awarded Ron the celebrated Minority Business Award.
