The world is sick. An unstoppable virus rages, millions die, and major cities in every country fall under quarantine. It is in this darkest hour that a private corporation creates a miracle cure based on radical stem cell research. They are heralded as saviors, but just as it appears the sickness has been defeated, everything goes silent. Communication in and out of the quarantined cities is restricted. The military goes in, and rumors leak out. Bizarre rumors of monsters, and people driven mad. Isaac is a survivor in Los Angeles. After losing his wife to the strange sickness he races to discover the terrifying truth behind the monsters called “Haunted”, the mysterious treatment that provides healing bordering on immortality, and a secret society known only as “The Sons of Heaven”, in order to take vengeance on those responsible for the outbreak before he himself becomes Haunted.
