She was a writer and consultant for Universal Creative on the Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park. She is the author of The Secret Garden of Zombies and A Curiouser and Curiouser Series (Rowan Tree Books), and Dolphin Journey (iUniverse). Erin was the director of the Orlando Harry Potter Club for 13 years. She is active in the Harry Potter fandom community, presenting at the Potter symposiums and organizing wizard rock concerts. Pyne has a Bachelors degree in psychology and a Masters certification in conservation biology. She is the mother of three boisterous boys.
