Dexter Teope, born on November 1976 , When Dexter was young he considered the letter “O” not just a letter but also a drawing. He realized that some of the letters have combinations of curves and straight lines which are used to create any drawings. At three years old, he began to create simple drawings using combinations of curves and straight lines. By four years old, he discovered that he can transform letters of the alphabet, simple words, numbers and shapes into drawings and this drawing transformations became his passion. Now that he is a father, he used his knowledge and skills in drawing to teach his son how to recognize and read the letters of the alphabet. Showing the process of transforming the letter into a drawing made his son very attentive and eager to learn more. His son is always eager and excited to learn new things by keenly observing his father transform any letter, simple words, numbers and shapes into a drawing. Watching his son learn fast in recognizing the letters, numbers, shapes and read simple words through drawing is just amazing! Having proven that this technique of teaching was very effective with his son motivated Dexter to produce this artworks and share this with other parents. It is his fervent hope that his artworks will motivate children's creative talent.
