He has worked in the business since 1995 and currently owns the business with his mother Betty. Jones Bros. Jewelers, under Bob's guidance, has assisted thousands of young men and women through the engagement process. Bob continues to work with young men everyday. He helps them focus on proposing the "best right way". Propose Like a Man is a collection of Bob's insights that he has compiled over the last 17 years.
