Toni Odell is an author, editor, and telvision production freelancer from upstate New York. She graduated from SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and, during her years of studying, co-founded the e-zine Otherwise Caffeinated. She currently lives in Wappingers Falls, NY.
