Francis Fernando is the President and Founder of Total Solutions Property Management, a thriving Real Estate Asset Management Company, as well as a real estate investor, author, speaker, entrepreneur and coach. Under Fernando's expert leadership, the company has grown from a small start-up firm to a highly successful, profitable, well-respected real estate investment business. Total Solutions Property Management now manages more than 500 residential units and represents prestigious, high-profile clients, including US Bank, Wells Fargo, California National Bank and other local, national and international investors and investments firms. Prior to founding Total Solutions, Fernando was a senior engineer at Verizon Communications, a Fortune 500 company. Fernando earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering and a Master of Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He applies the systematic processes from his engineering background to maximize his successes in the real estate industry. A native of Buffalo, NY, Fernando has also lived in Luanshya, Zambia and Toronto, Canada. He currently lives in Manchester, New Hampshire with his wife and two sons.
