Oscar Lamont Frazier is the owner of nDemand Consulting LLC, a strategy, marketing, and execution firm headquartered in Charlotte NC. He graduated from Johnson C. Smith University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, concentration in Management. Years later, he graduated from Strayer University with a M.B.A degree, concentration in Management. Mr. Frazier has provided executive coaching and motivational team coaching for several small businesses and prides himself in making an impact in the entrepreneurial space. Mr. Frazier is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. (Rho Chapter), and the Free & Accepted Masons (F&AM) Fraternity (Heart to Heart Lodge No. 597). Kiya Dowdy Frazier is a Sr. Marketing Consultant and Co-owner of nDemand Consulting LLC, with over a decade of relevant experience specializing in strategic communications, logistics planning, and brand management. A graduate of Johnson C. Smith University, Kiya has a B.A. in Mass Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations and Marketing. She later went on to obtain her M.B.A in Marketing from Strayer University. Throughout her career she has been responsible for managing the editing, updating, and designing of marketing materials including contract proposals, brochures, and a wide variety of client deliverables for multiple clients. She has boosted productivity and fostered efficiencies in various settings. Kiya is a wife, entrepreneur, philanthropist, musician, and proud owner of a Boxer named Apollo. She lives in Charlotte, NC.
