An award winning artist, and a self proclaimed "professional volunteer", Karen Hines spent years volunteering in a small Texas town where she and her husband were raising their children. She helped organize local art fairs, cancer fundraisers, and the annual Christmas parade. Karen has won many awards with her art. She enjoys working in several mediums creating works the size of miniatures to large murals. After becoming an "empty nester" Karen decided to finish a project that she started when her children were young "Frank, The Bull Ridin' Frog". "It's been a long journey from start to finish and I've learned a lot about life along the way. Writing a message of love for my family and friends to enjoy is my dream come true."
