Since recovering naturally from severe anxiety, ALBERT BUHR has travelled the world to learn the best methods for subduing the stress response. A former novice monk, he has been an editor for the University of Aberdeen’s Mindfulness Association, and as a member of Harvard’s Langer Mindfulness Institute he has taken his lectures and workshops to an international audience.
