Biographie de l'auteur

Barrie G. Dale is the United Utilities Professor of Quality Managmeent and Head of the Operations Management Group at Manchester School of Management, UMIST. He is co–editor of the International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, Director of the Trafford Park Forum and an academician in the International Academy.
