Biographie de l'auteur

Barry Fryer, MSc, ARICS, MIMgt, FRSA worked for Sir Robert McAlpine and Sons, before moving into higher education. He was Principal Lecturer in construction management from 1985 to 1988, then became Head of Construction and later Assistant Dean at Leeds Metropolitan University. He was appointed Professor of Construction Management in 1992. He has been an examiner in management for the Chartered Institute of Building, external examiner for a number of BSc and MSc courses in construction management and a member of the former CNAA committee for the built environment. He has written articles on management in the construction press and is a contributing author to two other books.
