The ancient leather body spun with claws and tail thrashing, splattering muddy water over the men holding the rope tethers. On each side of the beast, a lassoed rope held the ugly jaws tight. Muscles tensed, swear words flung through the air like mud. The beast slowly stopped fighting.

Head wrangler nodded at the boy. 'Mate, you get on her now and strap that gaffer tape on.'

The tall boy with the body of a man, all sinewy muscle, but the face of an angel, didn't hesitate. He straddled the nobbled back of the beast, effortlessly wrapping the mighty jaws in silver tape. His bicep flexed, showing sinewy veins as he snapped the end of the roll with a tight pull.
