Tania (she/her) is an AuDHD author & mother of two neurodivergent children. Later diagnosed, Tania faced challenges navigating her sensory processing differences and lacked coping mechanisms throughout her earlier years. After receiving an autism and ADHD diagnosis, Tania started the journey of healing and self-acceptance.
