Synopsis

Artist Clay Weston has it all. Money, a successful art career, the support of a respected art dealer, and the perfect studio in the heart of Melbourne. But Clay's world is suddenly threatened when his life model, Pamela Moray is found dead in the lane beside his studio.

Suspecting that he has been framed for her murder, Clay is determined to find the true killer and clear himself. As he delves into Pamela's life, he soon discovers a web of art-world intrigues encompassing forgery and international money laundering that deconstruct his naive understanding of his chosen profession.

With the help of some reluctant friends, Clay uncovers a plot that not only threatens to frame him for Pamela's murder but ultimately puts his own life in danger.

Set in Melbourne's vibrant mid-eighties art scene,

"Framed" is a novel that will astonish and intrigue. Will Clay be able to prove his innocence and find the true killer? Or will he become the victim of a philistine police attitude and a ruthless art world?
