Synopsis
Rick Danzig is a football super-star whose team's premiership chances hinge on his ability to kick goals. Danzig, known to his fans as 'The Dancer', is crashed to the ground during a vital match.
He is carried from the ground and rushed to hospital. However, he is dead on arrival. The football world is stunned, but there is worse to follow. There are allegations about performance-enhancing drugs. Did Danzig suicide, or was he murdered? In the meantime, his team continues to pursue its premiership ambitions.
