Julian has 15 years of experience working on technology initiatives with government agencies across Canberra, London, and the North East of North America - from small projects through to very large complex multiyear implementations. Julian has experience across engineering, consulting, program management and strategic account management, and at all stages of the project life cycle, from initial business case development, through to post implementation. Julian has volunteered two years as a Board Member for the Australian Institute of Professional Photography, several months working with a leading indigenous school in Cape York Peninsula in Australia, and currently, as an advisor to the Wikimedia Foundation Audit Committee.
