À propos des auteurs

Lindy Jelliman is Zimbabwean born and lives with her husband and two children in Brisbane, Australia. She first discovered her passion for art at the tender age of 12, whilst at boarding school in Zimbabwe. Having failed miserably at domestic science and needlework, she was encouraged to try art. Here she was nurtured by a wonderful teacher called Mrs Melville-Thompson. Lindy was exposed to a wide range of mediums and styles and discovered that her passion lay in ceramics, acrylics and mixed media. She has used watercolour pencils for these illustrations. Her other passions are personal development, writing and chocolate!

Denise Davy has a Bachelor of Primary Education and has been a primary school teacher for twenty-four years. She has a special interest in literacy, drama and puppetry. She loves to read books aloud to her students, encouraging them to be carried away in the flow and the rhythm of the language. Her drama program intimately links to the school's literacy program through "Process Drama," thus allowing her students to embody the words and the characters and develop their own love of stories.
