James is a globally certified transformation practitioner (AgileSHIFT(R)) and change manager (PROSCI) as well as a globally approved PMO (P3O(R)), program (MSP(R)) and project management (PRINCE2 & PRINCE2 Agile(R)) trainer, coach and mentor.
