Bibek Debroy, a renowned economist, scholar and translator, is the Chairman, Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister. C. Raja Mohan, a nationally recognized journalist, commentator and scholar, is Senior Fellow at the Asia Society Policy Institute in Delhi and a visiting professor at the Institute of South Asian Studies, National University of Singapore.
