Khoi Tu is a sought-after leadership and teamwork consultant. He has advised some of the world's most influential individuals and companies, including banks, oil giants, celebrity chefs, Formula One champions and private equity entrepreneurs. A graduate of LSE and INSEAD, he took key roles at Shell and online marketing specialist Razorfish. He founded the Panthea consultancy in 2002 and now runs the boutique advisory company Inverstar. www.superteams.org

Khoi Tu is a sought after leadership and teamwork consultant who has worked with teams at many of the world's leading companies. He has also advised influential individuals including leading entrepreneurs, celebrity chefs and Formula One World Champions. A graduate of the London School of Economics, he worked around the world for Shell, before making a radical shift to the pioneering web design company Razorfish during the early days of the dot.com boom. He partnered with Booz & Co. to start a leadership advisory firm before founding his own company, Inverstar in 2006.
