He is also an Oracle Certified Professional. Mr. Lakshman has hands-on experience in developing and deploying Oracle Forms applications on the client/server and Web environments. He has lectured at various international and national conferences on Oracle Developer and PL/SQL8 and has contributed to lead technical journals/magazines in USA and UK.
