Fogel; Harvard University; 1737 Cambridge St., Rm. G-7; Cambridge, MA. 12138" and dated in Fogel's hand "1/9/80." At least 10 pages contain pencil underlining, notations, and markings in Fogel's hand. Included is an autograph of the author signed in blue ink on a piece of paper a bit smaller than the size of a business card, which has been neatly tipped-in on the front endpaper. The autograph reads "R. W. Fogel" under which he has written "Jan 1978." Robert William Fogel was cowinner of the Nobel Prize in economics in 1993. First edition, 2nd printing. Size: Octavo (8vo).
