Comment ? En lui reversant une partie de ses gains et en adhérant à un certain code moral. C'est ce que pense un grand nombre d'Américains et notamment les défenseurs de la responsabilité sociale de l'entreprise.
Les entreprises ne peuvent pas être responsables au sens éthique du terme
Elles n'ont pas à avoir de responsabilité morale vis-à-vis des individus. Elles ont en revanche l'obligation de réaliser des bénéfices et d'en redistribuer une partie à leur propriétaires, les actionnaires.
