Biographie de l'auteur

Matthew Bayan is the only person to have been defibrillated and brought back to life over 72 times. After this harrowing experience, he wanted to know how a supposedly healthy man could be laid low by a heart attack. The result was research into hereditary causes of heart disease and how to counteract them. Cardiologist, Frank Carrea, and Matt experimented with various treatments and ultimately found a way to completely reverse Matt's heart disease without surgery. EAT FAT, BE HEALTHY is the story of that journey and offers insight into the more unusual causes of heart disease which afflict about one-third of the population. Matt's story gives hope for anyone with heart disease and shows how taking control of one's health care is hugely important in getting a successful outcome. Matthew Bayan is also the author of the novel, THE FIRECRACKER KING, as well as numerous health articles, and a screenplay which was produced in 2006.
