He owns Caravan- The Tiny House Hotel, organizes Portland’s popular ADU Tour, co-edits AccessoryDwellings.org, and has taught ADU classes to thousands of homeowners and real estate agents. Kol has a master’s degree in environmental planning from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design.
