She holds degrees in Psychology and Social Work, and certification as a Certified Professional Organizer® with a specialty in Chronic Disorganization. She is a past president of the National Speakers Association-New England chapter and of Boston NOW (National Organization for Women), a Distinguished Toastmaster, and both a national and local leader in NAPO, the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals.
