Synopsis

Short science fiction stories authored by Sean Clor using computers as he slowly lost the use of his hands and eventually his neck muscles as Muscular Dystrophy took his life at age 38 most of that time spent in a wheelchair and on a vent to help him breath.The writing and artworks are his own creation, most done exclusively on a Mac, that came from his vivid imagination and this book was what drove him everyday and what kept him alive far beyond the time the doctors originally gave him. His stories are mostly about alien civilizations that he created himself along with all the history, religion and culture that each possessed. As he said often, this was to be his legacy. All profits from the book will be donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Sean's name.

À propos de l'auteur

Sean Clor passed away in 2009 at the age of 38 after suffering from Muscular Dystrophy most of his life. As he lost his ability to use his muscles wheelchairs and vents became the limits of his physical world but computers and special adaptive devices such as a head-master and a retinal scan enabled him to both write and draw all the pictures , and many more, that are in the book, enabled his vivid imagination and sheer determination to complete his work before he passed away. It was his parents promise to achieve this wish and give Sean what he wanted: this was to be his "legacy" and so it is. All profits from the book will be donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association in Sean's name.
