The Author......... Everett Wood personifies the cliche': "Play the hand that's dealt you." He believes as one ages, an exciting life can be had if one engages completely in the realities of that life and relishes those declining years with action. His writing experiences began at age 75 and provided an opening to a whole new world of historical research and adventure. This coupled with his rich family heritage has produced two novels so far with hopes for more. A fourth-generation Coloradan, he lives in Fort Collins, Colorado.
