Cynthia Loy Darst is considered a pioneer in the world of coaching. She was a founding member of the International Coaching Federation and in 1998 was one of the first to gain the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC). She is in demand for trainings by other coaches, training organizations and a sought-after speaker at industry events worldwide. Cynthia is also known for her breakthrough approach to working with people called “The Inside Team”. Her new book, “Meet Your Inside Team” is based on these concepts.
