Why Forgiveness Is Important explores the links between forgiveness and relationships within the family, marriage, and the rest of society. Health and welfare depend, to a large degree, on the willingness to forgive those who have caused damage, whether material or emotional. You will discover that harboring a grudge causes major health issues. Learn how to forgive and avoid serious illnesses which might otherwise result. Emphasis is placed on methods of forgiveness and biblical views of how God expects us to treat one another. How does one find the ability to forgive a great offense? What specific steps and thought processes are helpful? And what if the person you most need to forgive is yourself? This book will open your eyes to see the power of forgiveness for yourself and others.
