BRIAN ALAN ELLIS (author) edits the literary journal Tables Without Chairs, and is an official card-carrying member of the KISS Army. He lives in Tallahassee, Florida. WAYLON THORNTON (illustrator) is a guitar man and artist, native to the North Florida town of Lake Butler, where he lives with his wife, Meg, and son, Dex Wray. He is a firm believer in the power of the American cheeseburger, a cold Cherry Coke, and cheap guitars.
