Synopsis

Marcia Block, a junior high school math teacher, has fallen through a glass table and bled to death on the kitchen floor. Hope Sheffield is a graduate of Harvard College with a degree in psychology, and of Harvard Law School. After a brief career as a lawyer, she has enjoyed a long career as a mother. She lives with her family on Chicago’s North Shore. The Glass Table is her fourth Meredith Bennett mystery.
