"Dorian Box" is a university professor and author of seven nonfiction books, including an Amazon Editors' Favorite Book of 2014.  Psycho-Tropics is his first novel. The book won a 2015 Writer's Digest Award. Kirkus calls it "[a]n engaging thriller with plenty of humor, good characterization, and a memorable villain ...." Box is currently finishing his second novel, Emily. In his regular life, Box has received awards for both teaching and research, and written thousands, possibly millions, of scholarly footnotes. He's been interviewed by National Public Radio, the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and many other sources. As a hobby, Box sings and plays guitar in a rock band that earns tens of dollars playing until 2 a.m. in smoky dive bars.
