John Stepper’s job is to make work more effective and fulfilling at a large global bank. There, he introduced a social collaboration platform and, by applying the ideas in Working Out Loud, helped form a social network used regularly by more than 60,000 people. His first book, Successful Reengineering, was about making work better at AT&T Bell Labs based on a holistic approach he co-developed there. Stepper writes weekly about management and personal development at johnstepper.com and workingoutloud.com. He regularly speaks at conferences and with companies around the world to spread the Working Out Loud movement.
