The students at All Hope Elementary are perhaps just like the kids at your school. However, the students at AHE are exposed to someone and something that makes recess time absolutely horrible! They dare not mention what happens to them every day. But, why not? What can they do? Well, they are seemingly hopeless until...when one day someone new shows up with a message that may change everyday for them at recess! Let's take a peek and watch Matthew, Paxx and the other students in their class experience a new way to communicate and understand one another better. Let's start the discussion: "Bullying does not empower!" Together children can make a difference!

Yolanda Rambert is a first time author. Yolanda advocates being focused on instilling in students to stay true to oneself while being respectful of others. She champions efforts to bring together students, teachers, and parents to work in a collaborative effort to work to rise above the negativity and fear that can be found in many schools today due to students being bullied by their peers. Yolanda is very concerned about the relationships that children develop in a positive learning environment that celebrates each student’s unique differences. By doing so she believes the students will ultimately develop coping skills that will set them apart as they navigate through the challenges of growing up being their best self. Ms. Rambert has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling. She is also a Licensed Associate Counselor with the State of New Jersey.
