Chapter 8 - How to avoid legal difficulties when dealing with Medicaid, Medicare, and 3rd party payers.

William Fassett is professor emeritus of pharmacy law & ethics at Washington State University. He has taught pharmacy law and ethics since 1983 at the University of Washington, Drake University, Washington State University, and Pacific University of Oregon. He has also taught health care ethics at the University of Florida. He is editorial director for the American Society for Pharmacy Law, and edits its two publications, Rx Ipsa Loquitur and Pharma-Law e-News.
