Synopsis

Amber is a courier for a clandestine agency based in Washington, D.C. She comes home from Europe after an assignment, only to find she no longer has a home. Her personal life is in turmoil, and she discovers dark family secrets. She is sent to a camp for special training to become an agent. Before she has completed her training, she is called back to Washington, and sent to rescue a medical research scientist who has been taken to Russia. An agent was sent to bring the scientist home, but as soon as he arrived in Moscow, he disappeared. Amber speaks fluent Russian, and is sent to bring both the doctor and the agent home. Things get complicated when the scientist refuses to leave Russia after the authorities claim they are holding her daughter somewhere in Russia.
