He has also authored several books for professionals identifying the approaches that work best for solving problems and offering practicable solutions. Deandra T. Cassone, PhD, PMP, serves as an associate professor in the Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering program at Kansas State University and has been in management at a Fortune 100 company. Her career of over twenty-five years includes consulting, technical, and management roles and has published two books. With an interest in building structured decision-making models, she has been awarded numerous business process patents.
