Shirley McDonald is the CEO and Founder of Ea La Mar's Beauty and Barber College located in Kansas City, Missouri. She instructs students in Cosmetology, barber, manicuring, and instructor's training. Shirley also provides her students counseling in all facets of maintaining and growing their business. She has earned a BA degree from UMKC; completed courses at Dale Carnegie School of Business; attended both Western Baptist and Faith Bible Colleges; and obtained numerous awards and certificates in the field of cosmetology.
