Synopsis
The Journey of Advent is a devotional guide which can be used as a companion to lighting your Advent wreath at home. Each week includes a short devotion, Scripture readings, suggested topics of discussion and activities for children as well as questions for personal meditation and suggested Christmas carols to enhance your personal or family Advent ceremonies in a user-friendly format.

À propos de l?auteur
Ann H. LeFevre, M. Div., earned her undergraduate degree in Fine Arts at Bethany College, Bethany W. Va. (Magna Cum Laude), specializing in Art History. She is also a graduate of The Institute of Jewish Studies at Cairn University (class of 2000, with honors) and Alliance Theological Seminary (M. Div., class of 2005, Biblical Interpretation Award). Ann brings a wide knowledge of Biblical custom and culture to her study of God's Word. She served as an apprentice guide for Dr. Bryan Widbin while a student at Alliance, guest lecturing on the Galilee region. She has served as a leader and teacher in a number of ministries over the years. Many have enjoyed the personal touch she brings to her lessons with her travel experiences and photos of the places mentioned in the Bible. Ann recently opened her own website (annhlefevre.com) where she writes a weekly Bible lesson, "Ready for the Road Ahead" and a column on her photography called "Images and Ink". She has been married to her husband Jeff for 37 years. They have two married sons and five grandchildren. In her spare time Ann enjoys improving her photography, serves on the local Arts Council in her community and enjoys watching the birds in her backyard. She can be contacted at Olivetreeann@mail.com.
