Comrade Raphael Ikechukwu Ogbuagu (Odiraa Chukwu Mma,Abagana) popularly known as Ik Poly was born in Ajegunle; in the city of Lagos, Nigeria. He hails from Abagana in the Njikoka Local Government of Anambra State. He did his primary school at St Mary Primary School and later joined Awodi Ora Primary School both in Ajegunle in Lagos. He did his secondary school at Christ the King's College, Onitsha in Anambra State and obtained a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Federal Polytechnic Oko in Anambra State. He also holds qualifications in Human Resources and Customer Care Management from University of South Africa (UNISA). Comrade Raphael Ikechukwu Ogbuagu is a motivator and an inspiration to all those who have come to know him. He is a leader dedicated to service. He has held various positions that include: Class Labour Prefect, House Captain of Okagbue House, Senior Store Keeper, Director of Socials of Association for Business Administration and Management, Vice Chairperson and Chairperson Apapa Development Association (ADAS) of which he is a founding member and Head Neo Black Movement of Africa Worldwide South Africa Chapter.
